Join the AAOHN Foundation and step into the rich Texas history of The Alamo. Retrace the footsteps of the past with a self-guided tour featuring stunning after-dark lighting of the beautiful Alamo. While viewing the illuminated onsite sculptures and courtyards, you will be able to imagine how medicine was delivered in the world of wartime in the 1830’s. Enjoy the entertainment of local mariachis as you sip on a beverage and mingle and play Texas-themed games with fellow occupational health friends and colleagues prior to the serving of a delicious Texas-style BBQ dinner catered by local legend Don Strange. Dr. Seema Khosla will continue to share her expertise in sleep medicine with an update on exciting advances in sleep medicine and technology-don’t forget to wear your best Texas-themed dress/outfit and enjoy a photo op with this health expert who is a recipient of a 2022 American Academy of Sleep Medicine award!
