OSHA and ACGIH have recently updated standards for Chromium and Beryllium. This session will provide an overview of Chromium and Beryllium to include industries with occupational exposure, updates to standards, health effects and medical surveillance requirements.

Course Outcomes:

Upon completion of this session, the learner will be able to:

  1. Identify updated OSHA and ACGIH standards for chromium, cadmium, and beryllium.
  2. Identify health effects and medical surveillance requirements for occupational exposure to chromium, cadmium, and beryllium.
