Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted by AAOHN staff with the discount code in 5-10 business days. All codes must be used within the designated year or are forfeit.

You and the referring member will each receive a 25% discount on your next AAOHN membership when you renew. Only one discount can be used per member per membership year. There is no limit to the amount of people that can be referred. The discount only applies to AAOHN regular, affiliate and international memberships.
