Join AAOHN and your fellow attendees for opportunities to relax and unwind during special wellness and social events offered throughout the conference. As an AAOHN National Conference attendee, you will have access to all special events in the virtual experience platform. Look for the special events listed on the schedule of events.
Wellbeing for OHNs
Start your mornings with a live 45-minute wellness session hosted by a professional yogi. These events will help you absorb information, relax, restore and re-energize for the day. Attendees will receive .75 CNE for each wellness activity.

Want to enjoy a quick yoga break with the time and space you have available? Here is the class you’re looking for! Your YogaPro will guide you through posture, breathing, and meditation techniques that you can do easily at your desk.
You will learn how to counter life’s demands on your back, shoulders, neck, eyes, wrists, and hips. There’s no need to change your clothes or move furniture. Beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this class is a fit for everyone.

Your YogaPro will give you expert guidance for how to sit comfortably and approach the challenge of stillness with a sense of confidence and ease. Begin to access the wealth of qualities inside you, and teach yourself how to feel great no matter what.
Wellbeing for OHNs: Pilates

Pilates uses the resistance of gravity in exercises to strengthen your muscles, improve posture, and increase mobility. Perform low-impact exercises that emphasize precise movements of the abdominal muscles, glutes, hips, back and shoulders. Isolate and strengthen these muscles to achieve better control over your entire body. You will need an exercise mat.

ABOHN 2021 Virtual Awards Presentation

Join ABOHN in celebrating all OHNs and congratulating the newly board-certified who achieved their credentials in 2020. The ABOHN Reception will recognize the OHNs who achieved the highest scores on the COHN, COHN-S, and CM exams and an employer that truly values and supports their occupational health nurse(s) and the health and safety of all their employees. AAOHN Foundation Event: Relax, Help Is Just a Breath Away
