In February the AAOHN Board of Directors met to review the latest health and safety guidelines, member, presenter, and exhibitor feedback, and discuss the 2022 National Conference. Given the current surge in COVID-19 cases, AAOHN made the difficult decision to transition the AAOHN National Conference to a fully virtual event to take place June 8-9, 2022. The safety of our members, as well as the workplace communities they serve, is our top priority, and the board believes this action is needed to protect the health of the occupational health nursing community.

Occupational health nurses play a critical role in creating a healthy and safe work culture for their employees. They empower their employees, using evidence and experience to pave the way for their organizations and lead them into the future of health and safety. Join your fellow occupational health nurses immersive education experience that will inspire and empower you to be a valued business leader that focuses on health and safety for employees to impact the bottom line.

The AAOHN National Conference Virtual Event will still deliver the high-quality continuing education you’ve come to expect from AAOHN, including the opportunity to earn even more CNE than the in-person event! The schedule of sessions being crafted covers a wide breadth of timely topics to meet the continuing education needs of all attendees.

If you have questions about the transition to a virtual conference, please reach out to info@aaohn.org.
