A preview of updated adult immunization recommendations 2018, including information on current adult immunization recommendations and coverage rates, potential changes in adult immunization recommendations, changes in practice that improve immunization for adults.

David Kim, MD is the Deputy Associate Director for Adult Immunization in the Immunization Services Division at CDC. David joined CDC in 1995 as an Epidemic Intelligence Service officer and has since worked in the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention, Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response, Division of Global Migration and Quarantine, and the Vessel Sanitation Program. He is the CDC lead for the Adult Immunization Schedule Work Group of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.
