AAOHN offers Continuing Education Certificate Programs for occupational and environmental health nurses (OHNs) and other health care professionals, who want to:
- strenghten their knowledge base,
- enhance their professional competencies and/or
- prepare them for new and challenging professional opportunities.
AAOHN's certificate programs are specifically designed to address the variety of emerging workforce, workplace and community needs, incorporating adult learning principles to advance knowledge and skills, enhance professional competence and broaden expertise.
To be awarded a certificate and continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hours, participants must successfully complete the course of study.
